What is the best way to use my Straightening Comb ?
First, press the button to turn on the device. It will automatically set to the lowest of three settings. Press the button again to select your desired temperature—we recommend 200°C.
Please wait patiently for the device to heat up to the selected temperature; we promise it won’t take long! Once the straightening comb is fully heated, you can begin using it.
For best results, ensure all the heated teeth make contact with each strand of hair as you move the comb through. You may need to turn the comb so the bristles face outward to achieve your desired style.
Slow, deliberate strokes with constant contact will give you the best outcome!
What else comes with my Straightening Comb?
In addition to the Straightaway™ Straightening Comb, you will also receive a USB Type-C charging cord, a small comb, and two clips to assist you with styling.
Can I use my Straightening Comb while its charging ?
Our Straightening Comb cannot be used while charging due to safety reasons. Ideally, it's best to recharge after two uses so it's always ready to go! We highly recommend purchasing the Straightaway™ Compact Power Bank, as it offers a quick recharge anytime, anywhere. It also has a built-in C-type charger for your convenience!
What conditon should my hair be in for best results ?
We recommend using the Straightening Comb on product-free, dry hair. Tip: If you have thicker hair, sectioning it will give you a better outcome. For naturally curly or wavy hair, slower strokes and outward-facing bristles will give you the best results.
