Does my Compact Power Bank have an on/off button ?
Power banks do not need and on/off button. As soon as you connect a device to your Compact Power Bank it will commence charging.
P.S The power display side button is used for the LED lights and LCD display screen.
How do I know how much battery life my Compact Power Bank has left ?
Your Compact Power Bank will display- 25, 50, 75 & 100 - on the LCD screen. These indicate the percentage charge remaining on your Compact Power Bank.
To check the battery life when you do not have a device charging you can press the side button once.
How do I turn on the LED flash lights ?
To turn on the two LED flash lights you will need to press the side button twice ! Doing this will also turn the lights back off.
Why is the built-in USB input not charging my Compact Power Bank ?
Our Comact Power Bank has a slim design built in USB so it can be stored nicely at it's side. However this means it can easily be inserted incorrectly. Please ensure you have inserted the USB the correct way.
